Lance24 is a freelance marketplace (Upwork-like), where you can hire full-time, pre-screened and top quality remote staff from Europe, Asia and USA. I've designed UX and UI for the platform and converted designs to responsive HTML/CSS/JS. In addition, I created interactive prototypes in Figma for stakeholder reviews, implemented animations for better user engagement, and conducted user testing sessions to refine the overall UX.
