Cohabit is a Strata Management and building community tool designed to connect all stakeholders in a residential strata complex via one simple app. It facilitates communication, voting, payments, and real-time notifications, ensuring smooth collaboration between residents, building managers, and owners. As a UX/UI designer, I was responsible for creating a clean, intuitive interface that simplifies complex processes like voting and maintenance requests.
